Q: When is the best time to do a home improvement?

• A: Most construction should be done during warmer months. However, windows can be done year round. Roofs, up until the snow falls and covers the roof. Siding, up until freezing temperatures reached is our recommendation. In-door remodeling can be doneyear round. However,it is preferred to do it in winter months by most contractors.

Q: How long does it take to improve the house?

• A: It is dependent upon what will be done: roofs and windows will be done in one to two days after material is delivered. Siding will take approximately a week, give or take a few days, after the material is delivered. Remodeling vary's too greatly, a 3-Season room could take 3-5 weeks. We can answer this question more specificallywhen we do the consultation.

Q: How soon should I call a contractor?

• A: The best time is during the planning stages. We can make recommendations and give you the choice of good, better, orbest products to chose from.

Q: Do I need an estimate?

• A: Yes. We always give you a complete written estimate with exactly what you will be receiving so there will be no questions left undetermined.

Q: What is a Subject to Agreement?

• A: A Subject to Agreement is a contract, stating that, when you have storm damage, we will agree to meet with the insurance adjuster. If the damage is approved by the insurance company, we will then work for you.

Q: Are you a licenesed home improvement company?

• A: Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.

Q: What payment options are available?

• A: We accept cash, check, paypal, and credit cards.

Q: When is payment due?

• A: 1/3 to 1/2 of thecontract will be due at thesigning of the contract, 1/3 will be due if we are doing more than one change (siding and windows or windows and roof, etc.), final payment will not be due until substantial completion of the job.

Q: Do I need to prepare for constuction? How?

• A: Yes! Because of the different jobs we offer, we have put together a preperations and expections list that will be given at the time of signing.
