Hail damaged almost all of our windows and gutters in 2010.  Sunrise Remodelers replaced all of our windows (except in our porch) and all of our gutters and downspouts.  Joel helped us through the claim process and offered useful suggestions on upgrading our existing 24 year old casement windows.  Joel and his work crew (especially Randy) were courteous and respectful of our house and yard doing an excellent job of protecting our things and cleaning up after themselves.  We love the triple-glazed Sunrise casement windows that Joel recommended.  They are vinyl but do no have the look of typical vinyl replacement windows.  They look classy and well made.  We would highly recommend Joel and his company for any services they offer.  It isn't just the quality of the work - we were impressed with the people we dealt with!

We had all 19 windows replaced in our 1950's home with Sunrise made-to-order windows. Richard arrived a month or so earlier to explain the Sunrise windows and make an estimate. When we decided to hire sunrise, an employee came to measure the windows for an exact fit. Three weeks later the windows arrived and two workmen completed installation in 1 1/2 days. I found the workmen so charming and helpful, I wanted to adopt them. They were extremely tide, cleaning up as they worked and hauling away all the old windows and mess. Our home was built in 1881 and over the years, other rooms have been added on. We wanted to replace 17 of our 25 windows. No two windows of the home were the same, as back then, windows were built on-site. The windows in the rooms that had been added on were also ill-fitting and horrible. We wanted to replace the windows with a classic-looking window with modern performance. One summer evening, when we were out working in our yard, an articulate, clean-cut young man politely approached us, introduced himself, and explained that he was canvassing the neighborhood, promoting the services of a local home remodeler. After chatting for a while and learning of this young man's personal character credentials, we took his information and agreed to a contact from the remodeler he represented. Joel Peterson, the owner of Sunrise Remodelers, called us and politely secured an appointment convenient to us. We met and Joel listened carefully to our required specifications, took careful notes and measurements. We set a date to have him come back, show us his recommendations of window models, and to present his bid. Joel returned with samples of several window styles and construction. We approved of a couple of styles but couldn't accept the colors offered by those particular manufacturers. Color was a deal-killer and Joel pledged to find a manufacturer who could satisfy all our specifications. He subsequently did and returned with an actual model for us to inspect. We approved of his recommendation and his project bid. Joel had his installer come out to take precise measurements and to make sure there would be no problems installing the new windows in our very old house. All was finalized and we placed our order for the custom-sized and perfectly color-matched windows. When the windows arrived, Joel and his professional installation crew came out and started the removal/installation process. There were several issues with my house's structure that needed to be overcome, but these were handled successfully and skillfully. It was obvious to us that Joel's crew had wide, extensive experience as they worked very confidently and swiftly. They created a minimum of mess and cleaned up after themselves as they moved from room to room. They removed and disposed of all the old windows and trim. We were particularly impressed with the cosmetics of the skilled finished work. The color was perfect. It was the best case scenario effect we envisioned for the project. The entire job took only two days. Overall, the installation team was very courteous, professional, articulate, and communicated clearly with us. The job was completed ahead of time, accomplished with a very high level of quality, and came in exactly on budget quote. I unreservedly recommend Sunrise Remodelers for any window replacement project, large or small.
